CPA has experience of working with schools both pre and post inspection to help prepare for a visit and to achieve improvement in areas identified by the inspection process. We work with school leaders and managers to develop sustainable improvements and to identify future areas for attention. We are able in certain circumstances to provide short-term interim leadership and to assist in the recruitment and appointment of senior staff.
